Bake Shop FAQ
Thank you again for stopping by and your patronage! We are a fledgling online bake shop, and will be figuring things out, fine tuning our processes, and may change a few things along the way. Your patience is truly appreciated.
Where do you ship your products?
We ship our products within the United States through our online store. Sorry, international friends! We are currently not shipping outside of the U.S. at this time.
Please ensure shipping address is correct before placing your order. EBC cannot be held liable for lost packages due to incorrectly entered addresses. Home or business addresses are best. PO Boxes may get tricky.
If your mailperson typically does not leave packages on your stoop because it’s in a public, high traffic area or if you usually have to pick up packages at the post office, we highly recommend shipping to your or your recipient’s office. We ship perishable goods so we’d rather our tasty treats sit in your tummy and not in post office limbo.
How are orders processed? // When will my order ship?
Orders must be placed through our online store by between Sunday (12:00am PT) through Thursday (11:59pm PT) of each week. Orders are then processed on Friday & Saturday (goodies are usually baked to order and packaged on weekends). A tracking number will be emailed to the email address the order was placed with.
Our cookies are hand packaged, and we ship nationwide on Monday (unless it's a National Holiday), Tuesday, and Wednesday. We try to avoid shipping cookies over the weekend and try to avoid having them arrive over the weekend. In some cases we may have them arrive by Saturday depending on shipment timing and USPS delivery schedules. Based on the day and time of your order, we will ship them on the next available shipping day to ensure the freshest possible delivery.
We do not require a signature for delivery on any order unless requested. An additional fee will be applied.
Once my order is shipped, how long will it take for my arrive to arrive?
All shipments are currently sent out via USPS Priority Mail. Shipments typically arrive within 1-3 days.
My order didn’t arrive on time!
Once a package ships from our kitchen, we are not responsible for delays in transit caused by high package volume, weather, mechanical error, strikes, natural disasters, terrorism safety control, inaccurate shipping information, or the drop off policy of our carriers. we do not require a signature for delivery on any order.

Refunds, Exchanges, Incorrect Order or Damaged Goods

Can I add a gift message to my order?
Yes, you can include a gift message with your order during checkout in the “Additional Information” section. Or you can email us.
Do you fulfill rush orders?
Shoot us an email and we can discuss rush order options.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Cancellations and changes will be accepted until Friday evening at 11:59pm PT.
Do you offer local deliveries/pick-up options?
Yes, we offer local drop-off delivery in Los Angeles for a flat-rate fee. Please contact us regarding delivery details and to see if your order qualifies.

Online Store: Payments are accepted via the Stripe secure checkout system.
In-Person Sales: We accept cash, Paypal, Visa, and Mastercard. Credit cards will be processed via a Square CC card reader.
I am trying to place an order, but can’t enter my credit card information.
Please try clearing your cache and/or using a different browser. If you have tried this and are still having no luck, please get in touch and we will process your order manually.
Can I place a special order? (Corporate orders? Large Quantities? Orders for cookies not listed in the store?)
We typically bake small batches of goodies...and they are all baked to order. However, we would be happy to help make your special cookie order dreams come true! So yeah...send us an email. We’ll see what we can do. Oh, and please do this 1-2 weeks in advance of when you would ideally love your cookies ready.
